About Us
We are Phil & Beth, a couple of Dual Income No Kids. If you’re a regular internet user who knows their acronyms, you’ve probably heard of us. The media likes to call us DINKS, Elon Musk dickishly refers to us as ‘morally bankrupt’, fundamentalists constantly remind us we are outside the ‘will of God’, and the progeny encumbered think we are ‘people who should not be allowed to do the same fun activities they take their kids to’. Somehow, within the span of a generation, we have become the second most hated group of people after ISIS… or foreign virologists.
But, regardless of all this hatred, we are unapologetically and unashamedly DINKS. While this doesn’t make us special by any means, the absence of those little genetic gremlins biting at our ankles allows us to live life a little differently. Extravagant, juvenile holidays, creative ‘Birthday Week’ celebrations, and apparently, enough time to make an entire website dedicated to them. And although we leave no genetic legacy, someday, when we die, a local charity is going to receive a pretty sweet Lego collection.
